FinOps Specialist Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a FinOps Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in FinOps / IT Procurement / SaaS Cost Optimization

- Solid understanding of subscription and license management principles for SaaS services

- Hands-on experience optimizing subscriptions in Miro, Asana, Slack, GitLab, Cloudflare, Notion, and GCP

- Experience working with FinOps and IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools

- Proficiency in SaaS APIs, subscription automation, and configuring RBAC and IAM

- Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Sheets

- English level B1+ (for working with documentation and vendor communication)

Will be a plus:

- Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira/Insight, Confluence)

Responsibilities:

- Analyze SaaS expenses and identify redundant subscriptions, unused licenses, and inefficient pricing plans

- Optimize the use of paid features in Miro, Asana, Slack, GitLab, Cloudflare, and other SaaS platforms

- Monitor spending through built-in SaaS analytics dashboards

- Collaborate with DevOps, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to implement FinOps strategies

- Develop cost-saving recommendations without sacrificing functionality or performance

- Control SaaS usage and audit subscriptions for duplicate or unnecessary licenses
