Operations Manager (Amazon, Shopify + Website) to $2300

To continue scaling successfully we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our Amazon and Shopify stores, manage inventory and shipments, and support product launches and catalog management.
This is a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

📦Demand Planning & Order Management:

• Manage finished product orders from suppliers.
• Manage raw material direct imports from  suppliers.
• Plan and oversee FBA shipments to Amazon and website inventory shipments.
• Handle stock shortage claims on Amazon (automated with occasional manual interventions).
   

🛠️Amazon Operations:

• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support.
• Own, Maintain and enhance catalogue content (creation and updates; SEO knowledge not required but valued).
• Manage the relationship with Amazon paid Account Manager (promotions, logistics improvements, blocks/suspensions, gatings, S&S inclusions, escalations).
• Assist with product launches (listings, shipping arrangements, VINE activation).
   

🚀Shopify Website Operations:

• Assist with product launches (listings, shipping).
• Manage promotions, content updates, and product listings on the website.
  
   

Requirements:

🛍️3+ years of experience in Amazon or general e-commerce operations.

🧩2+ years in a similar operational management role.

📊Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

🗣️Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

🖥️Proficiency with: Amazon Seller Central, Microsoft Excel, Outlook

🗂️Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

🤝Honest, transparent, and responsible work ethic.

📚Fluent in English (spoken and written).

 

Would be a plus:

🛒Experience working with Shopify and Asana

🌍Based in Barcelona, Spain.
