Jr. Software Analyst (Business Analyst/Quality Assurance) (offline)

We are hiring a proven, results-oriented Software Analyst (Business Analyst/Quality Assurance) to work with our state-of-the-art printing facilities from Germany and USA. Your work will impact human-machine interfaces, machine control systems, optimization software, and cloud-based automation services. You will be involved in all the action - planning and managing the expectations of all key players and reporting on cross-organizational processes. Furthermore, you will help us prepare our products for resale to other print industry players.

Responsibilities
Work with agile development cycles
Conduct Requirements Elicitation
Optimize the coordination of development and facilitate communication
Manage business requirements documents and Product Backlog Items
Analyze and document existing workflows
Design publishable, end user documentation
Perform QA activities and create test plans
Design UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Define Development Scope
Manage Release Planning
Conduct Market Researches
Support Customer Relations

Relevant skills and requirements
Relevant higher education (Business Management, Information Systems, Economy etc.) or equivalent, relevant experience in the analysis field would be a plus
Superior written and oral communication skills in English
Willingness to achieve decent results
High proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Power-Point)
Possess strong analytical skills
Being detail-oriented
Designer skills are welcomed
