HR Generalist

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Specialist who will play a critical role in scaling our teams globally — while  supporting HR operations and fostering a strong company culture across Ukraine, Portugal, Montenegro, Poland, Spain and beyond.
 

     Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all new hires and leavers.
  • Conduct Performance Review, assist with Personal Development Plans for both Business and Tech teams.
  • Support corporate HR initiatives: assist in HR branding, employee engagement, corporate events, and international conference activities.
  • Handle logistics related to employee relocation, travel, equipment, and merchandise in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Resolve all staff relocation and finance issues in terms of communication between the internal departments;
  • Oversee employee overall well-being and satisfaction, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
     

    Our Criteria:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive team player with high adaptability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, social media sourcing, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Absolute team player - we can only achieve our high ambitions by working together.
  • Strong level of Ukrainian and English (B1-B2) languages.
