Job Title: Product Owner for Power BI Reporting & Analytics

Location: Agrohub, [Kyiv, 100% remote]

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Analytical Products:

• Develop and implement analytical solutions that align with the project’s goals.
• Create interactive data models and dashboards in Power BI to enhance decision-making.
• Advise leadership on project execution.
• Structure ambiguous leadership requests into clear analytical models to support clients’ decision-making.
• Manage a team of  1 analyst, ensuring proper training, and development of staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather data and assess existing processes.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for improving  client business processes through data analysis.
• Optimize reporting and automate processes, reducing the time required for their execution.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure successful project implementation.
• Present analytical solutions and reports to clients and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics);
• 3 year+ of experience in data analysis or a similar role;
• High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Experience with data visualization tools is an asset (preferably Power BI);
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Excellent command of English (Intermediate and higher) and Ukrainian, both written and verbal;
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and leadership
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn new skills and technologies;
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, adapt to changing business processes and organizational structures.
