We are looking for a performance-oriented PPC Manager (Senior) who knows how to launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Google, YouTube. If you thrive on data, love testing hypotheses, and are obsessed with improving conversion rates — this role is for you. Working experience in trading, fintech, or SaaS is a strong plus.

What We Expect from You

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing profitable campaigns (preferably in SaaS).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
• Ability to work with data and tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Mixpanel.
• Experience with event-based tracking and funnel analysis.
• Self-starter with an analytical mindset and experimentation approach.
• Experience in such domains as: trading, investing, or fintech audiences is a plus.
   

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting structures to achieve optimal ROI.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and attribution models via GTM and GA4.
• Analyze performance data, report key insights, and iterate campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
• Explore new growth channels (e.g., native ads, Reddit, LinkedIn) and experiment with formats.
• Stay on top of the latest platform trends, ad features, and PPC best practices.
