Our team of over 70 talented professionals is growing 🚀 — and now we are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Linkbuilder! As a Linkbuilder, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our website’s visibility and domain authority through effective backlink strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of link-building experience, ideally focused on the U.S. market
• Strong written English (B2 level or above)
• Solid understanding of off-page SEO and how search engines rank content
• Comfortable using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and AI platforms for research and outreach
• Great communication and negotiation skills — you know how to land quality backlinks
• Creative thinker who spots link-building opportunities others might miss
• Able to build and improve link-building systems and processes
   

Responsibilities:

• Create and run smart link-building strategies that support both short- and long-term SEO goals
• Negotiate link placements with partners, publishers, and vendors
• Grow our network by building relationships with trusted, high-quality websites
• Run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to earn strong backlinks from relevant sites
• Evaluate link opportunities based on relevance, authority, and spam risk
• Analyze competitors’ backlinks to find new opportunities
• Use AI tools to help create or improve content for contextual link placements
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to stay aligned
• Track and improve campaign performance, sharing clear reports and insights
• Keep up with SEO trends and test new tools or tactics for better results and automation

Would be a plus:

• Experience working at a digital or SEO agency
• Experience mentoring or training junior link builders
• Familiarity with Reddit and how to build links organically within communities
• Experience securing PR placements or working with external publications
• Knowledge of crowd link building and forum-based strategies
