Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English;
• Experience in presale and support of DevSecOps solutions
• Responsibility and self-organization;
• Cross-functionality (having the desire and ability to play different roles on the project).

Responsibilities:

Presales Enablement:

• Prepare and maintain a compelling demo zone to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our product offerings during presales activities.

• Contribute to the presales process by providing technical expertise and answering client inquiries.

  Customer Support

• Offer timely and effective technical support and general consulting to Cloudfresh customrs regarding GitLab, Google Workspace, and other supported products.

• Engage with vendor technical support services to efficiently resolve complex issues and find optimal solutions.

  Continuous Learning & Improvement:

• Successfully complete all necessary product training to maintain a high level of expertise.
• Participate in product promotion activities at both offline and online events.

Would be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with GitLab and other DevOps solutions.
• Practical API skills and development experience.
