Sales Manager (Cold Outreach Focus)

Location: Remote / Milan
Languages: English (mandatory), Italian (upper-intermediate or fluent)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in outbound sales, knows how to engage cold audiences through calls and messages, and can confidently build relationships with new prospects in the high-end design and interiors market.

You will work with both cold leads and warm inquiries (inbound leads, showroom visitors), handling the full sales cycle — from first contact to final sale.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and initiate contact with cold leads and target prospects.

  • Qualify inbound leads (PPC, showroom visitors, website inquiries) and guide them through the pipeline.
  • Manage leads and deals in CRM (HubSpot), ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline progression.
  • Conduct sales consultations by phone, email, video, and in person.
  • Understand our product range (materials, brands, styles) and tailor offers to client needs.
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium B2B clients.
  • Close deals independently and oversee the process through to payment and delivery.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales scripts, outreach strategy, and customer experience.



Requirements:
- At least 1 year of B2B or outbound sales experience

  • Experience in cold calling or prospecting — essential
  • Fluent English is a must; confident Italian (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
