Product Designer (US product) Offline

Full-Time Remote

B2B contract with US company: ElevateOS

Schedule: you can work European business hours, all team calls and activity after midday CET (not late evening)

We’re looking for a Product Designer who lives and breathes user-centric design, loves solving real problems, and is excited to shape intuitive and beautiful experiences across both B2B and B2C products. If you’re someone who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys working on everything from ideation to final UI, we’d love to meet you!

What you'll do:
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Design intuitive, elegant, and functional interfaces for web and mobile products across both B2B and B2C contexts
Own and drive the full product design process: from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
Create and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across the user experience
Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
Continuously iterate based on feedback and performance insights.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role
- Solid portfolio showcasing B2B and B2C product design work (web and mobile)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and user-centered design
- Experience working in agile, collaborative environments with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can justify your decisions with data and logic.

Nice to have:
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise-level products
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end implementation considerations
- Motion/interaction design experience.
