Who are we searching for?

We’re on the hunt for a creative, analytical, and proactive Talent Researcher who loves building search strategies as much as finding unicorn candidates. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our recruiter to attract top talent across finance, tech, sales, and marketing - from FP&A managers and accountants to developers, marketing, and sales professionals. If sourcing on LinkedIn is your bread and butter, but you also enjoy experimenting with new, unconventional sourcing channels, we’d love to meet you!

 

What are your responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute smart, scalable sourcing strategies tailored to each role
  • Partner closely with our recruiter to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and more
  • Track key sourcing metrics and continuously optimize based on data
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles (especially finance-related ones)
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and sourcing best practices to stay ahead of the game
  • Write engaging outreach messages that actually get replies 
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to make sure great people come knocking on our door
  • Help build a sourcing playbook we can scale

 

What are the preferred requirements for the role?

  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role (bonus if in a fast-paced startup or agency)
  • Deep expertise with sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn
  • Track record of creative sourcing beyond just job boards - you know where the great candidates hide
  • Proven experience working with recruitment/sourcing data and metrics
  • Strong collaboration skills - you’ll be working closely with the recruiter and hiring managers
  • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+/C1)
  • Organized, self-driven, and proactive mindset

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in hiring for finance-related roles
