Head of Affiliates

Play.Partners is an international iGaming Affiliate Network that’s scaling fast and hungry for more. We’re looking for a Head of Affiliates who’s ready to take full ownership of our affiliate direction — from strategy and team building to scaling traffic and driving long-term partnerships.

💥 What You’ll Own:

  • Full-cycle development of the affiliate department
  • Building and executing strategies to attract, grow, and retain partners
  • Leading and mentoring a team of affiliate managers (or building it from scratch)
  • Negotiating win-win deals with key partners and networks
  • Optimizing performance metrics: CPA, ROI, payouts, etc.
  • Collaborating with product, analytics, and marketing teams to drive results

⚡️ What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming / Betting / High-risk verticals)
  • 1+ years in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Team Lead)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, RevShare, ROI)
  • Proven ability to build and scale affiliate programs
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building mindset
  • Analytical thinking + a “numbers first” approach
  • Self-starter attitude with the confidence to own decisions and outcomes

🚀 What You Get:

  • Full ownership of the affiliate vertical — we trust your expertise
  • Direct impact on business growth and strategic direction
  • Competitive compensation (base + performance bonuses)
  • 100% remote work or hybrid — your choice
  • Access to top industry tools, private events, and conferences
  • A driven team that values results, not micromanagement
