Lead Generation Manager / SDR (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email) Offline

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Lead Generation Manager / SDR to help strengthen our presence on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, Clutch, Kickstarter, and Crunchbase. If you’re not just sending templates, but actually crafting unique proposals for each client, this role is for you.

 

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating tailored bids on Upwork that speak directly to each client’s needs.
  • Running LinkedIn outreach using tools like Expandi, with clear personalization and real value in every message.
  • Building and verifying lead lists from platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn, then launching high-converting cold email sequences.
  • Following up with warm leads weekly across all channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email) — sharing new work, helpful insights, and staying top-of-mind.
  • Actively engaging in Slack communities, Reddit, Discord — answering real questions, helping users, and building relationships (no hard selling).
  • Tracking startups on Crunchbase and reaching out to decision-makers at newly funded companies.
  • Engaging on Clutch and other directories where potential clients are already browsing for services.
  • Forming partnerships with agencies that need dev support — offering white-label collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitoring job boards & RFP sites (Toptal, AngelList, Product Hunt) and jumping on high-potential leads early.

 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, cold email, and knows how to craft proposals that don’t sound like spam.
  • Understands that leadgen = strategy + analytics + experiments — not just templates and mass messages.
  • Writes clearly and fluently in English — your writing sells as much as your ideas.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed things up and optimize your workflow (without losing authenticity).
  • Proactive, curious, and always looking for better channels, smarter processes, and new lead sources.
  • Ready to grow into leadership roles as the team scales.
