Graphic Designer Offline

We are looking for a talented and open-minded Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will create visually compelling and user-friendly designs that align with our brand identity and meet client needs. You'll work across a variety of design tasks and styles within different domains.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Be Versatile

    You’ll take on a wide range of design tasks—from banners and infographics to email layouts and presentations. Web design skills are appreciated (but not required).

     

  • Be Communicative

    You’ll collaborate primarily with our Ukrainian-speaking Creative Department and work cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and developers based in the U.S. Written English at an Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level is required. Most communication will be via direct messaging, though spoken English is a plus.

     

  • Be Proactive & Receptive

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, yet remains open to feedback. The ability to receive and apply constructive criticism positively is crucial. You’ll be expected to own your workflow, take responsibility for your design decisions, and iterate based on team and client input.

     

  • Be Adaptable

    No two projects are the same. You should be comfortable adjusting your creative approach depending on client needs—even when working with legacy designs that require thoughtful compromise. Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset are key here.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Graphic Design, backed by a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to work at least 4 hours overlapping with EST (8 am–5 pm EST)
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A mindset that embraces feedback, continuous learning, and flexibility
