Chief Product Officer (CPO)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy and drive innovation within the B2C iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, particularly online casinos, and have a proven track record of leading product teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with Epicholding's growth objectives.
• Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop the product team, promoting professional growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a product role within the iGaming industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior product leadership position in iGaming.
• Experience with B2C online casino products, including planning, launching, and scaling successful projects.
• Familiarity with sweepstake casino operations is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Miro, ClickUp, GSuite, Draw.io, and Figma.
