Senior Account Manager

Digis seeks an experienced and highly skilled IT Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
β€” Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and discover their needs.
β€” Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
β€” Work closely with the delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
β€” Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and feedback.
β€” Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Required skills:
β€” 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or other relevant experience in IT.
β€” 2+ years at least in an Account Manager position(recent experience) in the outsourcing/outsaffing IT companies.
β€” Experience in managing projects and delivering quality services to clients.
β€” Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
β€” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
β€” Upper-Intermediate English level.
