Backend Developer (Support Team)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing backend services (Python/Django)
• Investigate and resolve production incidents
• Optimize and support data parsing scripts and API integrations
• Monitor logs, system health, background tasks, and queues (Celery, Redis)
• Apply asynchronous programming and multithreading when necessary
• Manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python, especially in debugging and maintaining backend applications
• Hands-on experience with Django in production environments
• Proficiency in writing scripts for data processing and background tasks
• Strong understanding of Celery, Redis, and job queue architecture
• Confident working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of REST API design and backend service integrations
• English level B2 or higher (for documentation and team communication)
