Chief Marketing Officer

Chief Marketing Officer  (Performance Marketing) for an international product IT company with a Ukrainian core team that develops its own SaaS B2C solutions for the US and Europe markets (Tier 1/2/3) due to the expansion of the team. 

Company products:  WEB SaaS products and utilities for social media.

Marketing team- 12 people (PPC Managers, SEO team, Email Marketing, SMM, Content team.

The team of the  company - 80  people

Locations  of the team - Europe/USA/Ukraine,  full remote from any country/office in Kyiv

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a CMO role or similar position (Head of Marketing / Head of Performance Marketing/Growth Marketing Lead, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in Performance and growth marketing in the IT industry 
  • Experience with B2C/B2B  IT products (white and grey niches) on Tier 1,2 markets
  • Experience in managing a marketing team: building a structure, areas of responsibility, KPIs.
  • Knowledge of web2app and web2web funnels, experience with subscription models
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics: GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker Studio
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment: quick hypothesis testing, decision making, scaling effective solutions
  • English - at least B2

 

Will  be a plus:

  • Experience in launching new products and working with several digital products at the same time
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, CRM, retention, funnel optimization
  • Experience in building processes from scratch: analytics systems, task templates, onboarding processes for marketing

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize the existing marketing strategy for existing products and launch new ones.
  • Developing quarterly/monthly OKRs and KPIs for all marketing areas (performance, retention, SEO, affiliate marketing, creatives, etc.)
  • Building a system for monitoring the implementation of tasks and the efficiency of departments.
  • Building and controlling user acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Funnel optimization: reducing CAC, increasing CR and LTV
  • Implementation of systematic reporting, results analytics, and hypothesis testing
  • Building a proactive, data-driven team
  • Interaction with company stakeholders (CEO, COO, Product Owners), synchronization of marketing plans with product goals
  • Interaction with analytics, technical and creative teams
  • Conducting regular quarterly analytics with a focus on the results achieved and adjusting business goals accordingly.
