We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our global presence and deliver even more cutting-edge technologies to support Ukraine’s defense efforts.
Our team delivers mission-critical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and protect lives in defense contexts. As we grow internationally, we seek to expand our technological footprint and further support Ukraine's defense capabilities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Cultivate sustained relationships with clients across international markets
- Assist with international exhibition and conference logistics and representation
- Serve as primary contact for overseas partners, handling inquiries and administrative coordination
- Research target markets and competitive landscape
- Aid in securing and initializing new contracts
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, product development, and legal departments
- Create client-facing materials and correspondence
- Travel internationally as required for business purposes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years' professional background in commercial relationship management or business growth roles
- Strong English language proficiency (additional languages advantageous)
- Self-motivated with ability to adapt to dynamic situations and take ownership
- Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Prior international business event participation or export-related experience beneficial
