💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily office operations and making sure everything runs smoothly
• Supporting cross-functional teams  in executing local processes
• Managing relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers
• Assisting with onboarding new hires and maintaining a great office culture
• Working closely with HQ to align local operations with global standards
• Owning operational reporting and keeping things on track and on time

• Experience in operations
• Great organizational skills and a love for process improvement
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
