Chief Marketing Officier For Gambling Company

We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop global marketing strategies to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee marketing functions including CRM, Content, Brand, PR, Affiliates, and Acquisition.
  • Lead a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
  • Ensure strong localization of multi-brand portfolio strategy.
  • Mentor and lead a global marketing team.
  • Develop a comprehensive digital strategy for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Execute consistent branding across all channels while leveraging global best practices.
  • Drive online commercial results through a robust online presence.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the online gaming,  or social casino industry.
  • 3+ years of Acquisition experience.
  • Expertise in developing B2C marketing strategies across global markets.
  • Track record in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Enthusiastic and confident communicator.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Skilled in developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inspirational leader is passionate about team development.
  • Proven success in brand building and revenue generation.
