We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to take on a key role in implementing, optimizing, and automating marketing processes, ensuring campaign efficiency and alignment across the entire marketing team.

What We Expect from Candidates:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, and AOV.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects using Asana or similar task management tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and budget control.
  • Knowledge of attribution models, tracking setup, and performance analytics.
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Solid skills in Figma for designing marketing asset wireframes and visual layouts.
  • Experience working with Make.com (Integromat) or other automation platforms.
  • Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research, content drafting, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales, product).
  • English level: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate.
  • Excellent self-organization, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Proactive mindset, accountability for results, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaign workflows and processes.
  • Creating and maintaining performance reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.
  • Implementing audience segmentation strategies, including flows, triggers, and personalized offers.
  • Monitoring the marketing budget and analyzing spending efficiency.
  • Automating repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating work across internal teams and external partners.
  • Continuously improving processes, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing campaign results.
  • Ensuring smooth communication across departments and supporting the Head of Marketing in strategic initiatives.
