Ruby on Rails Developer to $5000 Offline

Short-term project (1-1,5 month) 

Required Technical Skills

• Ruby: 3+ years experience with Ruby 2.6 and Ruby 3.x required
• Rails: 3+ years experience with Rails 5 and Rails 6.1.x highly preferred
• Background Jobs: Familiarity with SuckerPunch for background processing
• Authentication: Experience with Devise for authentication
• Admin Interfaces: Experience with Rails Admin customizations
• PostgreSQL: Strong experience with PostgreSQL 12-16, including knowledge of extensions and upgrade paths
• PostgreSQL Extensions: Experience with citext, hstore, and other PostgreSQL extensions
• Cloud Storage: Experience with Paperclip and ActiveStorage for file attachments management
• Dynamic Routing: Experience with complex Rails routing, especially database-dependent routes
• Asset Pipeline: Strong understanding of the Rails asset pipeline and its configuration

Nice to have

• Heroku: Proven experience deploying and migrating applications on Heroku, especially between stack versions
• Third-Party Integrations: Experience with payment processing (Stripe), email services, and AWS SDK
• CMS Systems: Knowledge of content management systems, specifically Comfortable Mexican Sofa, is a plus
