"Meest International" is part of the international group of companies "Meest Group", which has been providing postal and logistics services since 1989 in more than 70 countries around the world. The company’s core business areas are Cross-Border and E-commerce logistics.
 

We are a reliable delivery partner for well-known international online stores such as Next, Answear, Notino, iHerb, Born2Be, among others.
 

Meest International is looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the visual and emotional integrity of the brand across all internal and external environments. You will ensure that our facilities, couriers, digital assets, and informational materials reflect the tone, values, and positioning of our brand. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and involves close collaboration with marketing, design, operations teams, and external agencies.
 

We Expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management
  • Deep understanding of branding and visual identity systems
  • Experience in building a brand from scratch or participation in a rebranding process
  • Experience leading print and digital campaigns
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate across teams
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
     

It Will Be a Plus If You:

  • Have experience working in marketing/branding agencies, system-based companies, or the delivery sector
  • Are well-versed in UX design for digital products and creating customer journey maps
  • Have experience managing external creative agencies or freelancers
  • Have worked on object branding and signage development
     

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Brand Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints, including:
    • Physical locations, offices, transportation, uniforms
    • Marketing materials, printed products, and digital platforms
    • Website and customer service channels
  • Collaborate closely with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
     

🔹 Marketing Campaign and Content Oversight

  • Provide visual support for marketing campaigns in various formats (print, digital, video)
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media partners to develop effective branded materials (product launches, exhibitions, online promotions, etc.)
  • Organize photo shoots or select visual materials aligned with campaign and internal communication needs
     

🔹 Brand Perception Monitoring

  • Conduct and analyze research on brand awareness, emotional perception, and brand positioning among customers
  • Continuously assess and improve the brand’s visual presence
