Data Analyst (iGaming)

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for Spinlab.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze large volumes of game and player data to uncover trends, behaviors, and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to shape hypotheses and validate them through experimentation.
• Perform deep-dive investigations into performance anomalies or game features to explain what happened and why
• Support development and testing of predictive models (e.g., player LTV, churn, bonus optimization).
• Translate complex data into understandable findings and present them to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Assist in defining metrics frameworks for new products or features
• Build dashboards and reports to help stakeholders monitor key KPIs and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
- Strong experience in SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar), and comfort working with large datasets.
- Solid knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Practical experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to interpret patterns and tell a compelling story through data.
- Familiarity with statistical testing, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques
- University degree in mathematics / computer science / technology / engineerin
- English B2+
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry or understanding of slot game mechanics
- Ability to look at games from players’ point of view
- Product-mindset
