Senior Product manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of a platform focused on electricity usage data visualization, sensor configuration, and user administration. We need someone who can understand and empathize with our needs, conceptualize solutions using innovative yet proven strategies, and effectively lead the development team to bring these solutions to fruition. Key Responsibilities

Product Management

- Define and maintain product roadmap and feature backlog aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market/user research and translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Own the product vision for sensor data, dashboards, and user management features.
- Collaborate with tech leads and designers to create intuitive, data-driven experiences.

Project Management

- Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.
- Manage timelines, resources, and scope to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and external partners.
- Monitor progress and remove blockers to maintain smooth execution.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management .
- Collaborate with teams across the organization (Sales and operations) to define requirements for the product backlog and long-term roadmap.
- Experience with integrating business systems like ERP, Salesforce, and business processes like invoicing and payments.
- Expertise in agile software product management, encompassing inception, requirements gathering, prioritization, and launch.
- Proven ability to manage agile roadmaps, engage multiple stakeholders, and champion cross-functional teamwork.
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge analytical solutions.
- Experience in innovative technologies such as AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience in data analytics and big data management.
- Experience in UX and UI design is desirable.
- Passion for renewable energy and clean technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
