.NET Team Lead (offline)

What we do:
KPMG Product Development Center (PDC) is a full-cycle development team. We assist our clients and KPMG network to improve business processes by both IT services outsourcing and KPMG software solutions implementation. For these purposes we have gathered a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, BA, and UI/UX designers.

Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate and mentor development team
• Design and develop web based applications based on requirements specification
• Enhance the software for continuous improvement
• Ensure proper testing and consistent stable releases are met
• Code review, help team members with solving difficult tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to specification and design given
• Estimate on new projects, tasks
• Interact with clients and business analysts.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of working experience in the related field
• 1+ year of leading a team of 2+ developers
• Experience of junior developers mentoring
• Understanding of OOP and OOD, SOLID principles
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns, such as DI, IoC, CQRS
• Deep knowledge of .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API / Core
• Hands on experience with TypeScript, Angular / React.js, JavaScript
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS3
• Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL), Entity Framework
• Experience with GIT, TFS
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment
• Work experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Intermediate+ written and spoken English.
