Senior Sales Manager (MilX)
MilX is on a mission to make finance effortless for creators. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our client base, build powerful partnerships, and scale our revenue in the Creator Economy. If you’re a born closer with fintech, SaaS, or digital payments experience—this one’s for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Hunt high-value creators & partners (YouTube, influencers, agencies)
- Lead consultative sales—understand client needs, pitch tailored solutions
- Negotiate & close deals that bring real value on both sides
- Manage CRM like a boss (HubSpot, ClickUp), track every opportunity
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product to shape go-to-market strategies
Stay sharp—know what’s up in fintech, creator tools & digital trends
What You Bring:- 2+ years in B2B sales (fintech, SaaS, or digital services)
- Proven record of hitting and beating sales targets
- Fluent English (B2+) and strong business communication
- You’re strategic, proactive, and know how to win decision-makers
- Bonus: experience with US & Turkey markets
- Bonus: passion for YouTube and the creator space

- You know how to handle objections, build trust, and close with confidence
- You’re comfortable crafting custom offers and client presentations
