Business Development Manager

     Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a BizDev Manager in a media buying or digital marketing team
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and traffic sources
  • Experience in negotiating with affiliate managers and closing direct deals with advertisers or networks
  • Ability to analyze and compare offers across verticals and geos
  • Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Keitaro) and setting up postbacks
  • Confident communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

     

    Responsibilities:

    Discover and onboard new offers and partners

  • Monitor affiliate networks, CPA platforms, and direct advertisers
  • Negotiate deal terms (geo, traffic type, caps, payout model)
  • Build long-term partnerships based on win-win collaboration and mutual value creation.

     

    Manage and maintain the offer portfolio

  • Keep all offer data up-to-date: links, payouts, restrictions
  • Ensure stable access to links, postbacks, and tracking settings

     

    Analyze performance and optimize partnerships

  • Compare eCPL/eCPA across partners and verticals
  • Recommend switching traffic to better-performing offers

     

    Communicate with affiliate managers and advertisers

  • Handle ongoing communication and weekly syncs
  • Request bumps, caps, and whitelists as needed
  • Resolve payment or tracking issues

     

    Support the media buying team

  • Suggest relevant offers for specific geos, creatives, or formats
  • Flag risky conditions (prelanding restrictions, ad type bans)
  • Act as a bridge between buyers and external partners

     

    Maintain offer documentation and CRM

  • Organize IOs, KYC data, and deal terms
  • Track all offers in Google Sheets, Notion, or internal CRM

     

    Participate in strategic development

  • Search for non-standard deals (RevShare + CPA, hybrid models)
  • Explore new verticals or sources with demand potential
  • Track profitability of each partner or offer
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and affiliate events.
