To continue scaling, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can drive cross-functional initiatives, lead structured research processes, and present insights in a compelling way to stakeholders. About the Role

As a Project Manager at Warmy.io, you will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to organize sprints, manage research-driven projects, and build processes that scale. You'll take full ownership of resource planning, operational analysis, and the presentation of key project outcomes.

This role is based in our Vinnytsia office and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end research projects: planning, execution, evaluation, and delivery of insights
• Build structured processes for project workflows, including ownership, deadlines, and dependencies
• Manage team resources and ensure alignment between departments
• Regularly review and improve operational processes and workflows
• Create clear, insightful presentations to summarize results and recommendations
• Present findings to stakeholders in other departments and clearly communicate business impact
• Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, task boards, and deliverables tracking

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS or tech company
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional research and analysis projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion or Figma or similar
• Excellent English (written and spoken) - you will present findings to global teams
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills - ability to "sell" the value of research
• Ability to synthesize data, build recommendations, and present findings to non-technical teams
• A strategic thinker with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working in or with product, marketing, or technical teams
• Familiarity with email technologies or deliverability concepts is a plus
