I’m Otto, founder of Adam & Eve Food Tours — a top-rated food tour company in Amsterdam with over 5,000 happy guests each year and 2,000+ glowing reviews. We’re growing fast and need a hands-on junior to help with operations support and SEO/marketing tasks.
 

🧩 Your Role (25–30 hrs/week)
You’ll split your time between Operations (2 days) and Growth/SEO (3 days):

🛠️ Operations Support (2 days/week)

• Assign tours to guides and update schedules
• Confirm bookings and communicate with platforms like FareHarbor
• Follow checklists and catch issues early
• Help with simple admin tasks that keep the business running smoothly

💡 SEO, Website & Marketing (3 days/week)

• Do keyword research and help optimize website pages
• Improve content and blog posts (we’ll guide you!)
• Reach out to partners for backlinks and collaborations
• Assist with email marketing, analytics, and social media ideas
• Work in tools like Google Docs, WordPress, and maybe even Ahrefs
   

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English speaker and writer
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Some experience with SEO, admin work, AI, or content writing
• Fast learner, open to feedback, and proactive
• Bonus: Familiar with WordPress, Google Search Console, or scheduling tools
   

🎁 What You’ll Get

• 💶 €6/hour (€699–€750/month depending on hours)
