Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in driving visibility, engagement, and growth for Mindhub Group and its directions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies
• Create and manage marketing materials (presentations, social media, content, etc.)
• Run digital campaigns and optimize web presence for visibility and conversion
• Conduct market research and translate insights into action
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure consistent messaging across platforms
• Design and implement integrated digital strategies that support business goals
   

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven marketing experience in IT
• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • Marketing materials (especially presentations)
  • Inbound & outbound strategies
  • Social media campaigns
  • Website & conversion optimization
  • Digital strategy
  • Copywriting
• Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
• Disciplined, self-driven, and reliable—you know how to manage your time and priorities independently
   

Will be a plus

• Experience with LinkedIn marketing
• Familiarity with automation tools
• Hands-on email marketing experience
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience with event marketing or finding speaking opportunities
