Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply all required materials and procedures during onboarding;
- Provide support to users via live chat, messengers, email, and occasional phone calls;
- Deliver timely, professional, and effective assistance to customer inquiries;
- Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring a positive user experience;
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues;
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
Requirements:
- Confident spoken communication in Turkish language;
- Strong empathy, emotional resilience, and customer-first mindset;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and focus on results;
- Good computer literacy and willingness to work with new tools;
- Personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of training
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in iGaming or a Customer Support role.
