Collective Forecast (CoFo) is an AI-powered ecosystem making cryptocurrency and personal finance understandable, simple, and accessible to everyone. 

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute our content strategy for Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining our brand voice and achieving growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for CoFo's Instagram and TikTok accounts, focusing on educational and informative content about cryptocurrency and personal finance
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that explains complex financial concepts in simple, accessible terms
• Showcase the CoFo AI platform's capabilities through creative demonstrations
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and engage with followers
• Monitor trends in social media and cryptocurrency spaces to create timely, relevant content
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align social media strategy with overall company goals
• Develop content for different audience segments: complete beginners, novices with basic knowledge, anxiety-reducing content, and advanced users
• Adapt content strategies based on regional preferences (US vs. CIS markets)

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English 
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and financial concepts (or strong willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, relatable terms
• Experience with video editing and graphic design tools
• Data-driven approach to content optimization
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial education
• Understanding of different content approaches for US and CIS markets
• Background in educational content creation
• Experience with AI tools and platforms
• Knowledge of community building strategies
