Job Summary: 
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Sales Force Effectiveness / CRM Manager to lead initiatives that enhance the productivity, insight generation, and performance of our client-facing teams. This individual will play a critical role in aligning our CRM strategy with business objectives, managing field force analytics, and driving adoption of technology-enabled sales practices. This is a global role, covering multiple regions and markets across the company's footprint. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute the SFE strategy to support business growth and client success. 
  • Lead CRM configuration and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with business workflows. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Client Success) to improve customer data quality, territory design, call planning, and performance monitoring. 
  • Analyze field force KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership. 
  • Manage data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Veeva Analytics). 
  • Drive training and change management efforts to ensure field force engagement,  adoption of CRM tools and sales development. 
  • Own the integrity of SFE-related data and collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to automate reporting. 

     

Requirements: 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or CRM management within healthcare, life sciences, or a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE). 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, QlikSense, Excel or similar. 
  • Proven track record of managing CRM deployments or field force optimization projects. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, due to the global nature of this role. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
