HR Manager/ Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
- proactive search of the candidates;
- creation and updating of the job posts;
- arranging and holding job interviews;
- guiding candidates through all the stages of the hiring process;
- taking part in the career fests and other industry-related affairs;
- creating the database of candidates and monitoring resumes;
- organizing company events;
- maintaining company culture;
- keeping the office life live and functioning.

Requirements:

- being an excellent communicator with top organizational skills;
- creative approach to work;
- being able to find common ground with both candidates and employees;
- advanced knowledge of personnel search and recruitment methods;
- awareness of how to create the job post descriptions and formulate the requirements;
- being able to hold interviews with the candidates;
- previous experience working in the IT industry and/or previous experience recruiting IT experts.
