Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market and develop strategies for assigned tasks.
  • Search, compile, maintain, and update site databases.
  • Analyze websites for potential backlink opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate new link types and link-building strategies.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and monitor their performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize outreach performance.
  • Track progress in internal worksheets.
  • Communicate with SEO specialists.
  • Report on acquired backlinks.
  • Create technical assignments (TAs) for copywriters.
  • Communicate with webmasters.


Probation Period Goals:

  • Achieve up to 30 outreach backlinks per month.
  • Maintain and regularly update the database of crowd links for different regions.
  • Establish cooperation with outsourced freelancers for quality link acquisition.
  • Search and onboard contractors for link placement.
  • Automate routine processes.
  • Develop manuals for new link types.
  • Build close working relationships with the Content department.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Outreach Specialist for international projects.
  • Solid understanding of various outreach link types (GP, free GP, homepage links, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO metrics and experience using SEO tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and workflows.
  • Experience in building outreach bases and deep knowledge of base generation methods.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, robots.txt, and meta tags.
  • Theoretical understanding of backlink acquisition from various sources.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SE Ranking.
  • Basic knowledge of Google search operators.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with external vendors/freelancers.
  • Outreach experience in CIS markets.
  • Familiarity with automation tools.
  • Experience working with Jira.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — required for international regions.
