Operations Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a proactive and structured Operations Manager to join our fast-growing iGaming startup. You will work directly with the COO and cross-functional teams to scale and optimize operational processes across the company.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple departments: Product, HR, Recruitment, Billing, Risk, Support, Casino, and Game teams.
  • Set up and optimize internal workflows, reporting, and task prioritization.
  • Ensure execution of operational tasks and support COO in day-to-day management.
  • Monitor and improve team performance metrics and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in setting quarterly goals, team OKRs, and strategic planning.
  • Drive collaboration between departments and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Act as a key communication hub for internal teams and stakeholders.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Project/Delivery Manager role.
  • Strong process-thinking, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with task-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • iGaming experience – required (at least 1 year).
     

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
  • Understanding of iGaming verticals (casino, retention, billing, etc.).
  • Background in people management or team leadership.
