💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the collection and structuring of a high-quality portfolio of claims and legal rights across Ukraine
• Lead the company’s legal operations and strategic litigation processes
• Supervise the acquisition and legal due diligence of large portfolios of claims and rights
• Handle negotiations with clients, investors, legal partners, and counterparties
• Develop and execute litigation strategy across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe
• Oversee and structure contracts, legal agreements, and NDAs
• Manage legal risks and ensure full regulatory compliance in all company activities
• Explore and execute alternative portfolio monetization strategies in European markets (including partnerships with funds, litigation firms, and financial platforms)
• Build and manage a high-performing in-house legal department
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, international counsels, and litigation finance firms
• Contribute to the overall strategic development of Viza Group as a core executive team member

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably within litigation, asset recovery, or finance-related practices
• In-depth knowledge of international private law, corporate law, litigation processes, and financial legal frameworks
• Proven experience negotiating complex cross-border agreements and claims
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in English (required); knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, French, Polish) is a plus
• Legal degree (international certification or admission to practice in European jurisdictions is an advantage)
• Background in working with or for litigation finance funds or asset managers is preferred
