If so, we are looking for you to join our team as PR Manager (Employer Brand, Southeast Asia Region).

In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing employer branding strategies that resonate with talent in Southeast Asia, working closely with global and local teams to attract the best professionals and showcase our unique company culture.

This is a regional role that requires deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets, strong PR expertise, and hands-on experience in communication for employer brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employer brand PR strategies tailored for Southeast Asian markets.
  • Build and maintain strong media relations and industry contacts in the region, including niche and mainstream outlets relevant to recruitment, employer brand topics, and iGaming media.
  • Create and adapt PR content (articles, interviews, press releases, blog posts, presentations) aligned with employer brand goals and cultural specifics of Southeast Asian markets.
  • Partner with local HR, recruitment, and marketing teams, as well as global teams, to align the company's employer brand strategy and development, and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints.
  • Drive storytelling initiatives that highlight company culture, values, and people — including employee success stories, social impact projects, and life inside the company.
  • Organize and manage regional employer brand campaigns, including participation in events, conferences, meetups, and job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts by developing and localizing content for career pages, social media, and hiring campaigns.
  • Monitor regional media coverage, social sentiment, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create localized PR campaigns, considering cultural, language, and legal specifics.
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of employer brand and PR trends in Southeast Asian markets to ensure our communication remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in PR, communications, or employer branding roles, with a clear focus on Southeast Asian markets.
  • Fluency in English — mandatory for effective communication and content creation. Knowledge of Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, etc.) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of cultural specifics, local market dynamics, and communication styles across Southeast Asia.
  • Understanding of iGaming industry specifics and its communication needs.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies and communication plans for international companies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and HR communications trends in Southeast Asia, understanding how to attract and engage talent.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally, independently managing projects and delivering high-quality content and campaigns on time.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, including working with remote, international, and multicultural teams.
  • Creative mindset and proactive approach to finding, creating, and amplifying stories that build a strong employer brand presence in the region.
