Business Development Manager Offline

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our international team with a policy of freedom, development, and shared values. 

We are a software development company that builds our software products and provides custom software development services to the international market. We work with TOP 500 Fortune companies, Enterprises, Governmental organizations, and growing startups. 

 

We are happy to invite a candidate who is ready to close deals in cooperation with our local representatives in the USA and Canada, marketing specialists, designers, and tech teams, and ready to invest their knowledge and energy into driving the growth of the business together.

 

Your mission is creating value for both the company and the clients, by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and offering them the best solutions. 

 

What you will do:
- Participate in developing and implementing strategies to attract and onboard new clients.

- Perform sales activities in cooperation with onsite salespeople and SDRs.

- Meet potential clients in order to make the right first impression.

- Build and maintain trusted long-term partnerships with potential clients.

- Manage clients’ expectations, recommend proper solutions , and produce creative sales proposals.

- Manage deals and conduct negotiations with potential clients from the first meeting to the successful closure.

- Work with different internal teams to make things happen fast.

- Participate in analyzing the competitive landscape and developing strategies to enhance our company's competitiveness.

- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of business results, providing recommendations for process and strategy improvements.


If you have:
• 2+ years of working experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in IT for B2B.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Effective time and work management skills.

• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Will be a plus:
• Experience in Cross Team Management 

 

And you are:

Customer-oriented, self-driven, and highly proactive individual who is Ready to work with the clients from North America.
