Key Responsibilities:
1. Development & Scrum Team

2. Research & Development (R&D)

  • Participate in A/B tests and data-driven experiments to validate business and AI model hypotheses.
  • Prepare data for demo and sandbox environments, ensuring realistic scenarios and high-quality datasets.
  • Analyze test results to determine the effectiveness of new models and feature enhancements.
  • Iterate on findings to drive continuous product improvement.

3. Data Analysis & Interpretation

  • Analyze HR and workforce data and trends to identify inefficiencies and areas for AI model enhancement.
  • Generate insights from process inefficiencies, workforce dynamics, and client behavior.
  • Work closely with Data Science teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

4. AI Model Optimization & Prompt Engineering

  • Act as a Prompt Engineer, constantly refining AI models by improving prompt structures and fine-tuning responses.
  • Work with Data Analysts and Engineers to enhance AI accuracy and performance based on real-world use cases.
  • Assist in the preparation of training datasets for AI models, ensuring relevance and quality.
  • Test new AI features and NLP capabilities, providing structured feedback to improve performance.

5. Collaboration with Data & Engineering Teams

  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure AI models are well-calibrated to business needs.
  • Fine-tune models using feedback from customer interactions and real-world enterprise data.
  • Align business and technical teams on key AI enhancements and new product capabilities.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Business Analyst, Data Analyst, AI/ML Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience in agile product development, working within a scrum team.
  • Experience working with A/B testing, product experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
  • Hands-on experience with HR analytics, workforce data, and business process analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI models, machine learning pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and model fine-tuning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), AI training data, and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in HRTech, workforce analytics, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Background in business intelligence (BI) or product analytics.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Work from anywhere with flexible hours and a supportive remote culture.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • The chance to be part of a groundbreaking team shaping the future of productivity AI.

Company cultural requirements:
At Graphio.ai, we embrace a high-performance, mission-driven culture with clear expectations:

  • A professional corporate background on LinkedIn is required.
  • The entire team takes synchronized vacations four times a year, ensuring better alignment and collaboration.
  • Vacation time is only available after the company achieves stability.
  • Team members can reside in Ukraine, but must be ready to relocate with their families to Europe or the USA upon the company’s request and legal ability to do so.
  • A non-standard work schedule is part of the commitment, reflecting the demands of startup life.
  • We are building something exceptional, which means full dedication and a willingness to tackle challenges that others find too complex.

We are not for everyone - we need those who will consider our company as the step for their personal success. Preferably those who want to build their own companies one day and will learn with us how to do that better and faster

A final note:
If you’re ambitious, hungry for success, and just a little crazy, you might be who we need. But if you’re content with a quiet, predictable 9-to-5 life, feel free to move along.

Join us at Graphio.ai and take ownership of building and leading our data science function. If you’re ready to create something transformative, we’d love to hear from you!
