About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of our modern web interface and help shape the frontend architecture of our B2B SaaS platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building fast, elegant, and highly interactive user experiences for a North American enterprise audience.

You’ll work closely with our design and product teams to bring rich features to life—delivering polished, responsive, and animated interfaces that help users navigate and leverage the full power of AI-assisted communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Own the development of high-quality, performant, and maintainable user interfaces using React
• Motion & Interaction Design: Implement smooth, intuitive animations and micro-interactions using Framer Motion and CSS transitions.
• Design Integration: Convert detailed Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect components, ensuring design consistency and usability.
• Component Libraries: Build and manage reusable UI components and scalable design systems.
• Architecture & Performance: Define and follow best practices for frontend scalability, accessibility, and performance.
• Testing & QA: Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure consistent UI quality and reliability.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in agile planning, feature discovery, and user feedback cycles.

   

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years on complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern CSS (Tailwind, styled-components, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Framer Motion or similar animation libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to build motion-rich, interactive, and responsive UIs.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Proficient in integrating frontend interfaces with REST APIs.
• Experience working with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Python backends (e.g., FastAPI) and cloud infrastructure such as Azure.

   

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Framer (no-code prototyping).
• Experience in early-stage startups and high-velocity product teams.

• Understanding of AI-driven UX or intelligent interfaces.
