Senior Account Manager Offline

Digis is looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
— Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers and discover their needs.
— Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
— Work closely with the delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
— Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and feedback.
— Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Required skills:
— 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or other relevant experience in IT.
— 2+ years at least in an Account Manager position(recent experience) in the outsourcing/outsaffing IT companies.
— Experience in managing projects and delivering quality services to clients.
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
— Upper-Intermediate English level.
