Main Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with a recruitment team and HR in the management of a full recruitment cycle;
– Collaborating with a resource manager and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
– Conducting market analysis and writing job descriptions;
– Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and non-technical positions;
– Screening CVs and selecting the most relevant candidates;
– Sourcing relevant candidates using various job search platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, etc.);
– Scheduling, organizing, and conducting interviews;
– Maintaining an ATS (PeopleForce) and keeping track of recruiting/sourcing metrics;
– Creating a positive pre-boarding experience for candidates.
Mandatory Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter;
– Experience in building a full-cycle recruitment process;
– Experience sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions;
– Proficiency in using Djinni/LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is a must;
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment;
– Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English;
– Excellent communication and time-management skills;
– Being result-driven and flexible.
Would be a plus:
– In-depth IT industry knowledge, including various technologies, programming languages, and job roles.
