Recruiter / Researcher (offline)

What will you do?
• Active sourcing of candidates with a particular skill set on Central and Eastern Europe
First contact with candidates, reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates
• Research, recommend and implement new methods to search for the candidates
• Stay active with social networks and our contact base
• Utilize and maintain a candidate base
• Provide constant feedback to candidates and company

What are we looking for?
• 0.5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or as IT Sourcer/Researcher;
• Good skills in candidates search using different sources;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken (intermediate and higher).
• Experience sourcing of candidates on the world (will be a plus!!!)
