Senior Python (Django) Developer (offline)

Daxx is looking for a Python (Django) Developer to join CRITICALSTART at our Kyiv/Kharkiv/Dnipro office.

Kyiv is our newest engineering office, where you will work with dozens of other talented and like-minded people.

About the project:
Zero Trust Analytics Platform (ZTAP), is our core MDR product which is both used and licensed. It is a PaaS that is completely on AWS using the latest technologies from AWS. Primarily it is a large event collection and event categorization engine. Designed for scale and continuous updates – we update the platform at least once a day.

Responsibilities:
You are a solid Django developer looking for challenging problems to solve
You will play a critical role in designing and implementing our event processing and event categorization pipelines
You will create features and optimize performance in the pipeline

Requirements:
At least 4 years of expertise in Python language
Experience in development of complex Django applications
Proficiency in Elasticsearch querying, storing, and APIs
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Django ORM
Experience in Linux
Strong problem-solving ability
Will be a plus:
Strong understanding of AWS and Terraform
Data Collection Technologies – Logstash, Libbeat
