UX/UI Senior Designer (SaaS company) to $7500 Offline

We are a US-based SaaS company building a revolutionary platform that connects devices, developers, and consumers. We’re looking for a talented full-time UX/UI Designer to join our team and collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to elevate both our web platform and mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and business goals
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and guide design decisions
• Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces with a strong focus on usability for both desktop and mobile
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and UI component libraries
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and industry best practices
• Create sales presentations and marketing materials

Skills needed for success:
 

• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
• Experience working with design systems and UI development.
• A portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in SaaS space.
• Experience working in agile environments alongside developers and product teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is a huge plus
