Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to our B2B offerings, ensuring top rankings on critical industry keywords. - Keyword & Competitive Research
Utilize Semrush, Ahrefs, and other industry tools to identify strategic keywords, monitor competitor activity, and uncover new traffic opportunities. - Content Direction & Optimization
Guide the creation and optimization of content (articles, blogs, landing pages) to match keyword intent, align with user needs, and showcase expertise in our services. - Technical SEO & Site Audits
Perform regular site audits to ensure best-in-class technical SEO (site structure, speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability). Collaborate with web development teams to implement improvements. - Traffic Source Analysis
Identify and evaluate new organic traffic sources, trends, and content opportunities that attract and retain the right audiences. - Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyze key metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) and provide regular performance reports. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, forecast growth, and measure ROI. - B2B Market Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and shifts in B2B consumer behavior. Present findings and forward-looking recommendations that keep us competitive. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align SEO goals with broader business objectives and support integrated campaign efforts.
Requirements
- Experience
3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within B2B environments or service-based industries. - Tool Proficiency
Advanced skills in Semrush and Ahrefs. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO/marketing tools. - On-Page & Off-Page Mastery
Solid understanding of on-page optimization, link-building, and content marketing strategies aimed at increasing domain authority. - Analytical Mindset
Strong data analysis skills; able to draw actionable insights from multiple data sources and communicate them to stakeholders. - Knowledge of B2B Buyer Journeys
Understanding of how businesses research, evaluate, and buy services online—and the role SEO plays at each stage. - Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences. Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented
