SEO Manager - Asia
We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with expertise in high-risk entertainment markets across Asia. The ideal candidate will lead localized SEO strategies, optimize branded and nonbranded traffic, and implement advanced technical SEO tactics to drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute SEO strategies for high-risk entertainment markets in Asia to drive organic traffic
* Optimize websites for Google’s search engine while considering regional search behaviors
* Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata structuring, internal linking, and structured data markup
* Analyze SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve branded and non-branded search traffic
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis, adapting strategies to Asian markets
* Perform in-depth SEO audits, addressing crawl budget inefficiencies, JavaScript rendering, canonicalization, and indexation issues
* Implement gray hat SEO strategies, including alternative domains and mirror websites, to maintain traffic flow in Asian markets
* Develop and execute link-building strategies, ensuring high-quality backlinks from regional sources
* Stay ahead of SEO trends and Google algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of SEO experience in the high-risk entertainment industry (should be your last experience)
* Native Rus\Ukr, B2 English
* Experience with the Asian market
* Proven experience managing alternative domain strategies, mirror websites, and localized content SEО
* Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including link-building and content optimization
* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights from Google Analytics and other data sources
* Ability to manage multiple SEO campaigns across different languages and regions, adapting to local search behavior
* Experience with Baidu or other regional search engines is a plus.
